Lamelle Nourish in Accra

Nourish is Lamelle's everyday anti-ageing range, focused on protecting skin cells from environmental and DNA damage. Cleanser, moisturisers, eye cream and SPF 30 work together to help keep skin firm, bright and resilient.

Much of the ageing we see in the mirror is driven not by the calendar but by daily exposure: UV, pollution and the free radicals they generate, which stress skin cells and their DNA over time. The Nourish range is designed to defend against that damage and support the skin's repair, making it a strong foundation for anyone noticing early fine lines, loss of firmness or a duller complexion.

Building a Nourish routine

The routine starts with Nourish Daily Cleanse, a soap-free foaming cleanser with marula and grapeseed extracts that clears pores and balances oil without stripping. Next comes a Revitalise moisturiser: the Cream, with Astaxanthin, DNA-repairing enzymes and shea butter, for skin that enjoys richer nourishment, or Revitalise Lite for combination to oily skin that needs shine control without congestion. Nourish Revitalise Eye Cream, with baobab and grapeseed oils and peptides, addresses dark circles, puffiness and fine lines around the eyes. Each morning, Nourish Multi-Active Sun 30 adds broad UVA and UVB protection with the antioxidant Pycnogenol.

Supporting your treatments

Nourish is a natural home partner to in-clinic anti-ageing work such as skin boosters, micro-needling and medical chemical peels. Consistent protection and repair between appointments helps maintain results, and daily SPF is especially important while treated skin is more vulnerable to the sun. Amanda will tailor the products to your skin type and treatment plan.
