Serra is Lamelle's barrier-repair range, built around patented Ceramide-P technology. It is designed for skin that is dry, sensitive, reactive or recovering from damage, helping to restore the lipids that keep it calm, comfortable and resilient.
A healthy skin barrier works like a well-built wall: cells held together by a mortar of lipids that keeps moisture in and irritants out. When that structure is weakened, by over-exfoliation, harsh products, environmental stress or a condition such as Sensitive Skin Syndrome, skin becomes dry, tight, red and quick to react. Serra exists to rebuild it.
How the range works together
Every Serra product is built on Ceramide-P, Lamelle's patented lipid technology, supported by essential fatty acids and, in several products, soothing Oat Beta Glucan and Dexpanthenol. A routine begins with Serra Cleansing Gel, a soap-free cleanser that respects a fragile barrier. From there, the moisturiser is chosen to match the skin: Restore Cream for lightweight daily repair, Soothing Cream for severe dryness, itching and inflammation, or NSB Cream for the burning and stinging of Sensitive Skin Syndrome. The Lipid Recovery Mask adds a concentrated boost a few times a week, and the Soothing Body Lotion extends the same care beyond the face.
Serra and clinic treatments
Barrier strength shapes how comfortably skin moves through treatment. Amanda may recommend a period of Serra care to calm reactive skin before a medical chemical peel or micro-needling, and the range is equally valuable afterwards, when freshly treated skin needs gentle cleansing and generous lipid support while it recovers. She will advise which products suit your skin and when to introduce them around each procedure.
