Lip Blush in Accra

Enhances lip tone, symmetry, and softness with natural pigment.

Lip blush — the soft, modern take on the lip tattoo — is a wash of permanent colour that defines the lip border, evens tone and restores the rosy freshness lips lose with time — your lips, awake.

Who is it for?

Pale, uneven or undefined lips; lipstick devotees who want to wake up ready; mature lips whose border has softened. For hyperpigmented lips, dark lip neutralisation may come first — we will assess honestly.

What happens at your appointment?

Shade selection against your skin tone, then numbing, then colour built in gentle passes over about two hours. Lips look boldly lipsticked for the first days, flake lightly, and settle into their soft final blush by week four.

How long does lip blush last?

Typically 2–3 years, softening gracefully. An annual refresh keeps colour at its best — see PMU touch-ups.

Lip Blush — frequently asked questions

What does lip blush do?

Lip blush — the soft, modern take on the lip tattoo — is a wash of natural colour that defines the lip border, evens tone and restores the rosy freshness lips lose with time. It is “your lips, but better”, not a bold lipstick look.

How much does lip blush cost?

Lip blush is priced GHS 1,200 – GHS 2,800 — from a subtle lip liner and definition through to full lip colour. Your shade is chosen against your natural skin tone at your appointment.

How long does lip blush last?

Typically 2–3 years, softening gracefully over time. An annual refresh keeps the colour looking its freshest.

Does it work on naturally darker lips?

Yes — including corrective work. For lips with significant natural pigmentation, dark lip neutralisation may come first to even the base tone; we will assess and advise honestly.

Does it hurt, and what is the healing like?

A numbing cream keeps you comfortable. Lips look boldly “lipsticked” for the first few days, flake lightly, and settle into their soft final blush by about week four.

Will it look too bold?

No — the colour looks strongest immediately after and softens dramatically as it heals. We choose a shade with the healed, natural result in mind.

Is lip blush safe, and what are the side effects?

Lips swell noticeably for one to three days, then flake as they heal — both normal. The specific risk with any lip tattooing is reactivating the cold sore virus: if you have ever had a cold sore, tell us, because antiviral medication started before your appointment prevents an outbreak that could otherwise disturb the healed colour. Infection is rare with proper aftercare. Lip blush is avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, over an active cold sore or lip inflammation, and needs medical clearance if you take blood thinners.
